1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof such as photos/videos of the product and package must be provided
Returns for opened, used, or consumed products are generally not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used wellness/supplement products

Products damaged due to customer misuse

Orders rejected during delivery without valid reason

Products purchased during special clearance or final sale offers (if mentioned)
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made through:

Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

Bank transfer (if applicable)

Store credit (in special cases)
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require bank account details for refund processing.
4. Return Pickup
In eligible cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup service depending on your location.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our provided return address. Reasonable shipping costs may be reimbursed after verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
For urgent cancellation requests, please contact our support team immediately.
